Just stayed at a hotel with spacious rooms and an amazing breakfast buffet. LOVED the friendly staff. The pool was better than the photos. Would choose this place again!

The hot water didn't work, room smelled of smoke, few working outlets. However, the location was great, breakfast delicious, bed comfy. Staff was mixed, with Latayah and James standing out. Overall, an okay experience marred by room issues.

Overall it is a delightful hotel and we loved our stay, the location was excellent down the street or the Dunkin Donuts.

The room was always kept clean and available with a bath tub and sofa bed and phone with a supervisor. The restaurant was at walking distance from the hotel.

Absolutely loved the spacious rooms with a pull-out couch for my family! 😍 unfortunately, cleanliness fell short- found a broken glass piece. Staff was great, but the breakfast confusion dampened the experience. 🙁

Every detail of the hotel was nice, all the staff were professional. I had breakfast in the restaurant. I had the king room with all needed, the breakfasts were savoury.

The location of the hotel was clutch for me, so close to the concert and with spots to eat nearby, which was perfect. I'm big on walking, so it was safe and ideal. The staff at the front desk were super nice and helpful. The pool was huge and clean, but unfortunately, towels were scarce, which was a bit of a bummer. Overall though, my stay was top-notch! 👍

It was a great base for our relaxing stay. We loved this place, it has good staff and rooms. Location so close to the airport and the interstate, airport, restaurants and The Inner Harbor and rental cars.

Really comfortable overall experience. Beautiful, clean hotel, great value. Location: the venue was close enough to the interstate, airport and shopping restaurants and highway. The early check-in process too. Had no problem using their free parking, the internet was free.

I loved this hotel: delicious breakfast and my well-appointed room. Staff was outstanding, great service. An individual safe, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a seating area in the room and the very comfy bed. There was Bob Evans a short walk to the property.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Linthicum Heights on a work trip. The group accommodations were fantastic, especially the free Wi-Fi and parking. I loved the diverse breakfast buffet! The gym had top-notch equipment, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The indoor pool was a great way to unwind after a busy day of meetings. The location was convenient, near the National Aquarium. Can't wait to visit again for scuba diving adventures!

I liked that it was clean, intimate, and provided the essentials. The breakfast choices include the essentials, and has enough variety for those like me with food allergies. The rooms are very nice for the pricing. The swimming pool added a relaxing touch to our stay, and we enjoyed exploring nearby landmarks like The Kunta Kinte - 2.40 km and Patapsco Valley State Park - 4.66 km, which provided excellent opportunities for family bonding.

The hotel's customer service was lacking, with staff being rude and unapologetic for not providing the booked room. Police disturbance at night added to our discomfort. Breakfast was subpar, with cold, unappetizing food. Housekeeping issues persisted, with dirty rooms and lack of basic supplies. Staff admitted poor management.

Our stay at this hotel was made even better by its convenient location, just a short drive away from the National Aquarium in Baltimore and a stone's throw from M & T Bank Stadium. The spacious rooms provided a comfortable and relaxing space for our family after a day of sightseeing and attending a game at the stadium.

My wife says that having a designated family-friendly area in the dining space would have been great for families with children.

The included breakfast buffet was fabulous with a wide variety of options. The indoor swimming pool was huge and clean, and while they ran out of towels, it didn't dampen our experience. The hotel is conveniently located less than 10 minutes from the airport and surrounded by great food options. Free Wi-Fi, free parking, 24-hour reception, and a bar/lounge area added to the overall convenience. Can't forget to mention the fantastic workout room and laundry facilities. Flat-screen TVs, lifts, a business center, express check-in/-out, and even a nearby golf course and water sports activities just topped off this remarkable stay. Plus, their pet-friendly policy and wheelchair accessibility make it a winner for all. Can't wait to come back!

Great place to spend the night and relax before a flight from BWI Airport. Comfortable, nice, and clean hotel, conveniently close to the airport. Shuttle buses available every half an hour for transportation to and from the airport. The swimming pool is a nice amenity. Breakfast options available even early in the morning. The staff is excellent, going above and beyond to assist guests.

They made checking out a breeze. the overnight staff member was also exceptional and made my daughters feel very welcome. I loved the fact that the hotel had a coffee/bar area, where they were baking delicious cookies. the shuttle service to and from BWI airport was excellent, with a friendly and helpful driver. the staff went above and beyond by providing us with menus and recommendations for nearby restaurants. the location was perfect for us, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby.

We had an amazing stay at Hyatt Place! the staff, especially Ali, were incredible and made us feel right at home. the facilities were fantastic, and our room was much bigger than expected. One of the best things was the free shuttle service to and from the airport, which saved us a lot of money compared to other hotels. But what really stood out was when they offered to drive us to a restaurant and back using the shuttle - a level of service we had never experienced before. the breakfast was also great. We can't recommend this hotel highly enough!

It is very close to the airport, which was very convenient for my early morning flight. The hotel shuttle was always on time and got me to my destination quickly. The staff was very helpful and nice, from the front desk to the shuttle drivers. The breakfast provided had enough variety to satisfy my food allergies, which was a big plus.

The room was comfortable and of better quality than other hotels at a similar price. the package we bought with parking for our car was a good deal. the shuttle service was prompt and accommodating, even waiting for us when we weren't ready.

The air conditioning units in the rooms were very noisy and had to blast cold air to cool the entire room. This made it difficult to sleep.

We hit up the National Aquarium in Baltimore and M & T Bank Stadium - so dope! The hotel location is clutch - just 7.9 mi from the aquarium. Perfect for a chill vacay with the squad.

Would be next level if there was a cool rooftop hangout spot for us young peeps to party and vibe.

We were pleased to find a microwave in our room and the breakfast selection was great. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating when we had an issue with our room key. we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

The location was perfect. Close to the airport, Arundel Mills Mall, and the casino. The staff was amazing and always helpful. We'll definitely stay here again.

I chose this hotel for a corporate offsite and found the business facilities to be excellent for my needs. The conference space and meeting rooms were well-equipped and suitable for seminars, training, and meetings of any type.

The only service that I missed for my work was a lack of 24-hour business center access.

Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as lackluster cleaning and missed trash, the staff made an effort to improve our experience. The pool area was enjoyable, and the breakfast had a good variety of options. The hotel room was spacious enough for three people, and the sofa bed was a bonus for my son with autism. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.
